Need help

I applied I131 for my Mom while she was waiting for her GC. She went back to her home country for medical reason in Feb this year. We got her GC a few days later after she left. Her I131 is multiple entry with expriry date Nov 13, 08. She may need to stay in her home country longer till Sept 08. My question is when she come back to US, what document she needs to show to US immigration for entering US? Approved I131? or GC? Thanks.

She needs to come back before the I-131 is expired. Showing both her GC and I-131. Otherwise you are only asking for trouble.
