Would anyone know how to re-file a dependant seperate? I filed my i-130 and i-485 with i-131 and i-765 with my daughter's altogether.
yesterday I got my notices of 797C for all of mine but my daughter's got rejected. Believe it or not I signed her travel document and work permit in the wrong box. So I got her i-130, i-131 and i-765 rejected but not
the i-485. I got both checks back though; $355.00 and $600.00, the latter having been sent for the i-485. Suprisingly I have not received a rejection letter for i-485. Is it on its way? Shall I wait a few days? What do I do now? Signed her i-131 and i-765...should I send i-130, i-131 and i-765 back to Chicago Lockbox with the check for i-485 too? mmm
