I had filed I-130 for my wife when I was a greencard holder, and now I am a naturalized U.S. Citizen. A baby was born after I had filed for her and both of them are in India at this time.
If I upgrade my already filed I-130 with my naturalization certificate, do I have to file a seperate, new I-130 for my baby or can she add the baby when she receive papers from the local embassy?
Another option for me is to go and stay with her for at least 3 months and file for both of them at the embassy there. But that's not a feasible option for me financially.
Please help and I appreciate your time in providing me with any advise or information.
