. I am applying for my mother's green card. My father died 21 years ago in India and we cannot find the death certificate. Is this a must? Since I cannot find it, is there an alternative like Affidavit, etc.
2. Me and my wife both work and my tax returns shows joint income. But my income is over 90K. Should I use my wife as a co-sponsor and fill in I864A. If I do not do that, will there be any issues since my wife is on the tax returns filed. Also in the I-864 form where it asks, income from your 2006 tax return should I show the total income or should I seperate out my income if I do not want to fill I-864A for my wife?
3. Also, what is your suggestion on arranging all these (I-130, 485, 131). Do you think I should put each in seperate envelopes and put these in one big envelope OR just clip each set and put everything in the envelope?
Thank you
Sincerely
