I'm a US Citizen. My mother just passed away. So, I'm planning to bring my father here and process his GC while he's in the US (I think I can send I-130 and I-485 together alongwith the affidavit of support).
We have a notarized affidavit that both my parents executed a few years back, in India. It was not executed in front of a magistrate but they both state that they are married. Will that work?
Any other tips? [BTW, we'll be applying in Texas].
TIA.
