Hello and Good Day,
I married to a us citizen in Jan 2004, now v have 2 daughters, my wife is a us citizen by birth. She stayed there for 10 year and when she came back she was like 10 years old. Now she is a house wife (dont ve any earning) and iam working in a bank as senior information system auditor. i did my master in information technology.
Now i want to start the immigration process, her two brothers still at usa doing jobs.. i want to know like should i apply through the embassy of paksitan (direct counsel filling) or fill directly to the immigration center at usa.. which way is better ?
What forms are needed in my case ?
