Greencard based on my cousin's green card

I am having my cousin brother in USA and he is green card holder. Just few weeks ago his family has received it. He is having a Motel in USA. As I am planing to go there, so does his green card helps me to go to USA? And also if possible can you send me the benefits that an indian citizen can take benefit from green card holder.

family visa GC is only for close relatives,

only when he is USA citisent hase right to aplay for parents and sister brother.

with Green Card he hase only right to applay for his wife and children.
