need urgent help...immigration visa rejected ...unmarried 21 year old

we have F4 category. priority date is 8 oct 1996.(india). over visa call date was 17th march 2008. my parents got visa and me and my sister didnt get. we both are unmarried. my age was not 21 completed while we filled DSL form. now my age is 21 completed and my sister is 23 year old...

my parents are in USA now. how do we get visa as fast as possible.

hey now thre is only two ways...

1.tld ur parents to file in F2B category visa,bocz LPR's can file for unmarried sons' and daughters.This will take around 9-10 years for current backlogs.

2. first file in F2B and in the later if ur parents got citizenship they can file for u in F1 category with same priority date...so u can save 3-4 years compared to F2B visa...
