need help on I -864

Hi....
I'm sponsoring my mother to be a permanent resident., i got approved and now they send me a packet and ask me to fill the I 864 forms., now my question:
1.. I have joint file return tax with my husband.,( but i do not work ( no income) so the only income i use for the I -864 is my husband income (his W-2 ). On that case do i still can sponsoring my mother?? pls..help me...

Yes you can

You have to use your husband as a co-sponsor and he will have to fill out form I-864A along with your I-864. He will have to submit his paperwork (last 3 years of tax returns (transcripts from IRS), W2s, 6-8 months of paystubs, letter from his current employer, financial stability proof like bank statements for the past 6 months, property papers, property tax papers etc.
As long as his income and your income combined meets the 125% poverty guidelines, you are fine.
