Hello, please I need help about my situation:

My kids and I got the temporary green card after my marriage to a US citizen, I already file the adjusment to remove my temporary status and they extend my temporary condition for one year more until I receive the permanent green card. We will have to file for the same next November for my two kids, who came last February 2007 to USA based in the same temporary condition. I have been married to my husband for about 2 years and 10 months and we have an 18 months old son who was born in the country. My two older kids, who are my husban's step kids, are 19 years old and 13 years old now. My husband and I are getting divorce and I would like to know what could be the right thing to do in November this year when I will have to file to remove their temporary condition and how our divorce is going to affect our status here in USA.

    Thanks...

is going to be a problem for them

3 months before 3 years as a GC holder you have right to applay for USA citisentship.

is longer proces now allmost 7-18 months. normal if you dont have divorc. because defacto you did gate GC only because you maried to usa Citisent.

bud in your case you have to chat with Imigration Aterny. and found out did your divorc will efect you status.

be faster because is going to be problem for you 19 year old child.
