Hi,
I was wondering if you could give me some information my husband is in canada working on work permit , he is a american citizen . I'm a canadian citizen , we were thinking on moving to the united states if we were, what documents or forms do we need . could we apply while he is working in canada and if so can he wait here with me until I'm accepted in . We are married a litttle over a 1yr but lived together for 1yr. before we got married .no kids coming with us . we are both in our 40's . What way would be the quickest . Does he have to live in the united states before we apply . I know I have so many questions .could you please lead me in the right direction your information would be greatly appreciated.
