I married my wife (US citizen) end of december 2007 and filed AOS end of april 2008. We just got the NOA with the date for an interview mid of august.
Because we are sometimes struggeling in our marriage, my wife has her concerns if I got the (conditioned) GC based on our marriage and we would get divorced before the removal of conditions happens (after 2 years).
She has the fear that this may have impact to her, independent the fact that we got married in "good faith".
I told her, that if we got divorced before the removal of conditions, it will only affects me and not her.
Anybody here who has more in sight in this, some arguments for her or even a link to an official page that she gets a proof that a divorce will have no impact to her?
