Hi,

I am applying GC for my mom, can you let me know if I have to apply I-131 (Advance Parole/Travel Document) at the SAME TIME when sending all the other documents (I-130, I-485, G-325a, I-693 & I-864).

She is on visitor visa and currently in US.

you do not have to. However the fee for it is included with the I-485 application.

also, unless your mom needs to travel out of the country while her GC application is pending, then there is no need for it.

Are you sure that the fee is included in I-485. I haven't read in the instructions nor anywhere that the fee ($305) for I-131 is included in I-485 fee ($1010).

Can you let me know where it is mentioned ?
