I'm a US Citizen, applying for GC for my mom who is visiting us in Chicago area. I have some questions regarding the application. Can somebody help.
1. Should we send I-130, I-485 and I-131 and their supporting documentation to one place. I thought the answer is yes. If so, which lockbox should I send these to ? I-130 indicates one address, where as others indicates the other address.

2. On I-130, Question 14b, it asks, "Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident?"
My husband and I applied for GC together and we got it in my husband being in extraordinary abitlity category. How should I answer the above question ? Should I say yes or no.
3. On I-864, it asks Question 25, it asks "I have filed a Federal tax return for each of the three most recent tax years. I haveattached the required photocopy or transcript of my Federal tax return for only themost recent tax year."
My husband has filed for an extension this year. How should I respond to this question.
4. Do I need to include my mom's G325-a with I-130 as well as I-485 ?
5. Do we need to mention any step-children of my mom in the application ?
