  • Sponsoring parent for GC

I am planning to sponsor my mom for GC. I am a US citizen and my mom is currently in Houston, Texas-US on a Visitor's visa (B2). I have filled out I-130, I-131, I-485, I-864, FC029, G-325A forms.

    I have the following questions:
    1. Am I missing any other forms that have to be filled out?
    2. What is the address where I need to send all the paper work (I-485) to?
    3. Does the medical exam have to be done before filing for the GC or can it be done at a later point?

I am looking for some guidance from somebody who has gone through this process before. I appreciate your responses and thank you in advance.
