Family based GC and personal issues ( Divorce)

Hi,

My spouse got citizenship and filed for GC for me. We are married for less than 2 yrs. I got my EAD about 2 months ago.

Due to personal reasons and issues am not sure if this marriage would work out. What will happen if either of us file for a divorce?

My questions are :
1. Is there a way the GC I'm yet to get through my spouse is still valid after a divorce ? (I want to know details about the less than 2 yrs or conditional green card rule).

2. Is there any conditions for me to retain the GC in that case?

I do have another option of getting my GC filed by my employer. Can I file simultaneously through my employer to be on a safer side?

Please answer my questions, I'm really confused.

Marry Divorce Marry. ?

I have the same situation. i married in 2007.and applied for i-485 my spouse is citizen but due to some reasons i dont think this marriage will work. my
1-485 is pending. i was thinking to get divorce and get marry with my old girl friend..she is also citizen and mother of my child.is anyone know how it work.if i get divorce and get marry again.could create problem for me ?
