Mother Applying for Daughter
I have a few question.
A friend of mine has 3 daughters ages 17, 18, 19. She is marrying a man who she has been with for 7 years. He is a citizen. (you would have thought that she would have fixed papers for her daughters earlier)
Daughter age 19 is here on tourist visa.
Daughter age 18 has a 10 year ban (she entered legally when she was 16 but had to go before a judge after 6 months, never did so there is an order for deportation on her. I think that equates to a 10 year ban.)
Daughter age 17 is in El Salvador. She has leukemia. Her mother is unaware of this situation - neither is her sisters. I am not sure if cancer is a reason to deny entry into the country.
Can anything be done for any of the 3 daughters......?
(aside - i know the family through daughter 18. I actually have deep feelings for her but because of the order of deportation, I know I can not have a family with her due to all the problems that might arise.... mainly having a family and her being deported. - Is there an hope for her?)
