I-864 How do I know if our earnings are enough?

Hello,

I'm trying to file an I-864 but it says the sponsor, who is my husband, has to earn over 125% above the poverty line, how do i find out what the current poverty line is to find out if he can sponsor me alone or if I need a joint sponsor??
