I hope you will be fit and fine. i want to know something about immigration visa.
My sister who is a U.S citizen filed a "I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION " for my Father last year and it is approved by USCIS. Last month my Father received a letter "IV Fee Agent" with a "Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Bill" from National Visa Center, so my father submit the Visa Fee.
i am 20 years of age and I want to immigrate with my father. My main question is that am I eligible for the immigration? if "Yes" than what should i do now?
