  • G-325 A Petitioner's form who signs?

    Hello,

When filing for the I-130; to sets of Biographic information are needed: one for the applicant and the petitioner. But in the form G-325A, there are no space for the petitioner to sign, only the applicant.
Another website tells that petitioner signature is also required.

    What to do?
    Thanks.

      Two sets - 1 Signature?

So, the applicant has to sign all 8 copies, including the 4 regarding the petitioner or does the petitioner need to sign her forms where it says: 'Signature of Applicant'?

Both beneficiary and petitioner are considered "Applicant"

          Thanks for your answer.
