Hi:
Appreciate your help in verifying this package for applying I-130, I-485, I-131, G-325A, I-765, I-693, F-029, I-864 for my parents. Here is how I have everything arranged. Please kindly let me know if this is right. and i have really imp question :
(1) am i have to send everything photocopy of supporting documents right, not original even citizen ship certificate too?
(2) how many exact Fees checks am i have to wright?
(3) My parents came here on 05/28/08 on B2 visa. is this right time to send
the GC application or am i have to weight few more days ?
(4) I am the petitionar, am i have to send my G-325A too with applicant?
(5) I was listen one of layer, If you don't apply I-131 then your process gone
fast is this true? and if i don't apply right now and pllan to apply later, am i have to pay fees for that or it's fine because of I-485 it is in processed?

4. My naturalization certificate
5. My passport copy (just the page where it shows my name and photo)
6. My mother's birth certificate and Marriage Certificate
7. My Birth Certificate showing both my and my mother's name
8. All pages of my mother's indian passport

9. I-485 form
10. 2 photos of my mother
11. Check
12. My mother's birth certificate
13. My mother's passport page with the US visa
14. I-94 copy
15. My mother's indian passport just the page showing photo
16. I- 693 Medical check up sealed packet

19 I- 765
20 I-864
21 2007, 2006, 2005 Tax returns
21. My employment letter
22. My Bank statements, etc.
23 Check List
All the above are clipped as one packet
24. I-131 form with 2 photos
225. I-94 copy
(I am not enclosing any check for I-131 and I-765)
and I will send same sets of My Father too.
Please let me know what I am missing in the above
