I-130 questions
Could you please also help with the following:
currently i live in USA on B-1 visa but got married to US citizen and filing all the documents for adjustment of status:
1. Filling out the for I-130, what should i put for address: current where i live with my husband now? If yes, then
2. If the residence address differs from mailing address:we receive all mail to a separate address - should I put that one for the address in question 2? and the residence address in questions 18 and 21 will be different?
3. If we live in California what should I put for the question 22- Los Angeles or Chicago?
4. Should I put also my previous residence abroad in question 19?
5. Should i really type anything in q.20? My native is Russian.
sorry lots of questions but i am really worried about the whole thing..
