I'm on my 2 yr cond GC from my USC wife. Just a week ago, I saw pics of my wife with another guy in undiscreet poses on her laptop. A lot of them. I confronted my wife and had a big fight. She said that those were pics of her ex from long time ago. The thing is I've seen this guy before. He knocked in our door once and when I opened it, he didn't say anything and left. Why did she keep those pics after already being married to me? I moved out and I surely wants a divorce but how about my cond. GC? Please help!

There might be an option if you prove that you got married in good faith and the divorce was beyond your control to get the conditions removed after two years.

My apologies about the title of my thread. Some emotions got in the way. We been together for a year now. Got my Cond GC just 2 months ago then found out bout the pics the very day of our 1st year anniv. Immihelp mod said i'll lose my GC. Divorce, damn if i do, damn if I don't.
