Question regarding G325A(petitionner)
According to the insturctions for I-130, the petitioner, my wife, must sign and complete a copy of G-325A for herself and me. What is conflicting to us is what does it mean on the I-130 Instructions, the part labelled GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS, under "WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PROVE FAMILY RELATIONSHIP" #1 D. On #1 D, does this mean that she must complete a G325a about her, and signed by her and also one be completed for me and signed by me( the one for me) or she must sign both with her signatures. I don't clearly understand what they mean. As of now I'm interpreting it as, my wife who is the petitioner must sign both of the G325a.
Oh another thing is, I've downloaded the G325a forms and they automatically came in 4 of the same pages. Must she follow along and do as requested on all four of them?
