I filed for my brothers GC after getting my citizenship about 2 years ago. I am now headed back to India on an assignment for a couple of years.
(1) Do I have to inform USCIS that I(as my brother's sponsor) will not be in the country for several years?
(2) I guess I will have to update my address on my brother's GC application. Can I change that from the (current) US address to an India address?
(3) What happens if his application is approved while I am still in India?
