I became citizen few months ago and want to file Green card petition for my two brothers.
1. Which forms I need to fill (only form I-130? )and
2. What documents I need to send along with I-130
such as Alien's Birth certificate copies, sponsor naturalization copies, marriage certificate for my brother, birth cert for Brother's sons?
3. Can/should I file for both at the same time? (of course in separate applications) will it hurt their chances of approval?
4. Also I found these instructions can someone clarify?
I live in Baltimore
Note: Applicants who reside in the jurisdiction of the Baltimore, MD, USCIS District Office need to file their concurrent Form I-130/Form I-485 package with the Chicago Lockbox according to the filing instructions on Form I-485 for family-based adjustment-of-status applicants.
5. Where should I mail all the documents which address? I will use usps priority mail
