Hi All,

I am GC holder and i would like to sponsor my retired parents to US because i am the only daughter of my parent and the eldest one also. Please let me know if i am eligible to sponsor them and how.

You can not, you need to become an US Citizen first.

... just get their visitor visas and have them come to US a few (under three first time and then under five in future) months every year.
