Freedom of information act re-I 130 for spouse
Does the USCIS give complete copy of the I-130 application upon request under the FOIA?
I can't find the copy of the I-130 application I filed for my spouse 2.5 years ago.
I am not interested in the status since I follow it online. There's a form G-639 that one can fill out but Part 5 (Data needed on subject of record) and Part 7 are conflicting.
Since I am the one who filed the petition I should be the one to sign for the request?
Please help.
