Sponsoring surviving parent

I would like to sponsor my mother (she is the only surviving parent) for a green card as I am now a US citizen. I am told that the processing is faster (~ 9 months) for a surviving parent. Can someone guide me on what forms to fill for this to expedite the processing?

people need to stop listening to hearsays and rumors. There is no such thing as expedited processing for surviving parents.
