Withdraw greencard application

My employer filed for my employment based greencard and I added my spouse as well. Now I am separated from my spouse and the greencard is yet to come. How do I withdraw the application for my spouse from whom I am now separated ?
If I do not withdraw, will it cause any issues for my greencard ?

Unless you two are legally divorced. There is nothing you can do. Either way it should not affect your GC.
