I am a US citizen, my son just became a permanent resident, he has a 2 1/2 years old son, both of them live in FL.
My grandson's status is B2 visa, I would really appreciate if you guide us in my grandson's adjustment of status because if my son submit the form I-130 for his son, he won't be able to leave the country in years until his GC is approved, is that correct?
