Hi,
How much time difference is there for filing for an employment based green card vs. marriage to a US citizen. I have both options available to me. My fiance and I have been dating for over 6 years now. My employer is willing to sponsor my green card application.
The only reason I am hesitant to use the marriage route is since I wanted my family to be a part of my wedding but they cannot make it till December 2008.
Please advice which is better.
