  • Aproval notice receive

Hell to everyone, this is a great site to get good information, I thank everyone who has guided me through this process....But I still have more questions..

I have receive an aproval notice for my petition, my mother is a US citizen and my petition is category F3, my priority date is march/2001. I plan to immigrate with my husband and 2 children (14 & 16), my questions are:
    1) At what point I include them in my petition.
    2) When will I be billed and how much do I have to pay in total for all of us.

Thanks to anyone that can tell me this..

You include them when you receive a letter from NVC and then send them a letter with names and information about spouse and children with birth certificates to NVC.

NVC will also send you the information when and how much bill you need to pay.

NVC will forward your case with included new members to the consular post for an interview.

Basically NVC will take care of everything before it gets forwarded to consular post for an interview.

        F3 Category

Hello everyone this is a fantastic site ..I'm new here....the information is really appreciated. Does anyone know why the Vermont S.C processing date is 2006 for the married sons/daughters of U.S citizens and the California S.C is stuck at 2001 . How is it for the same category they are so far apart with their processing times??
