F1 To Green Card By Marriage

Hi
I am on student visa and got married to USC girl at USA
I have filed for immigration and my emloyment I-765 is approved. I got my employment card. But till date I havent received any interview for GREEN CARD.

So is it necessary to maintain my student status? Should I have to pay more fees to Univ.???

After you file the form I-130 and I-485 (adjust to permanent resident) to USCIS, you do not need to keep your F-1 student status. For the fee, you need to ask the university's international office.
