I would really appreciate all your input.
Currently on H1b which expires 09/30/08.
I am married to a US citizen and have applied for marraige based EAD and I465. Got Finger print done last month(08/12/08). As soon as I get EAD, would transfer from H1b to EAD. as it is expiring.
Now my question is, God forbids if for some reason 485 is denied what would be my options.
1. Can my employer apply for extension of H1b (EAD back to H1b) for another 3 years.
2. Does the EAD gets voided as well?
3. What other options do I have if rejected?
