can my wife be qualified for visiting visa

Hi,

I am a legal permanent resident of USA. I got married to an indian citizen and applied to her in june 2005. we got recipt notice. Three years have compleated still our priority date has not become current. Now we do not know what to do. Because of this delay, my wife's education is put in jeoperdy.
Does my wife at least be qualified for visiting visa to come here?
If there are anyone who has same problem and if you know any others routes my wife to to come to US on temporary visa please let me know?

You need to read up on immigration based on marriage to a permanent resident.

You say you have not heard anything... what does that mean? did you get a receipt notice? an approval notice? or nothing at all?

Either way, the I-130 will have a Priority Date (the date on which it is received) and then the alien must wait about 4-5 years, for that Priority Date to become current (an immigrant visa number becomes available) for her to continue with the processing, which would take another year.

So it is not a quick process, not at all. Things would be a lot easier if you were a US citizen.

The wait time for your wife is over six years. Until then she ll get neither Visitor Visa, Student Visa nor Business Visa because of the pending I130. The only way to bring her to US is on H1B visa or L1 Visa which is dual intent.
