      1. separate i 130 for each parent.
      2. after i 130 gets approved the NVC will let you know when to file I 864, IF you opt for CONSULAR PROCESSING. /usa-immigrant-visa-process/
      3. yes. and your birth certificate too. 4. yes. you could.
      5. No.

          1. The i 130 instructions clearly states "A separate form must be filed for each eligible relative."
          2. yes & yes. and also their children's Birthcerifcates and Passport copies.
          3. I'm sorry, I cant advice on that as I have not done that.

also if you read this, you will get an idea about the process. http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28575

I think this is wrong , how can i file a petition for my newphew ?
I have to file the petition for my brother and add his kids in the same petition
"A separate form must be filed for each eligible relative." i guess this means only the immidate relative(two petitions for mother and father)
              thanks

again, I have no idea about processing green card for siblings and their family. I meant to say everybody you are going to apply for, need separate
I-130 and their own documents. sorry about that.

I am at a stage where NVC will schedule the interview for my parents. Here's what they've asked for and I've done.

                    * Send Each & Every forms separate (I-130, AOS fee bill etc) for Father & Mother.
                    * Marriage Certi of both Father & Mother
                    * Marriage Certi of Petitioner (that whould be ME)
                    * Birth Certi of Petitioner (that whould be ME), it should list both parents' name.
                    * Send Originals or notarized copies of all documents.

                    * Does not have more info for Father & child's case
