I have listed my questions below, any help from the members will appreciated.
1) We have limited time, before a scheduled travel that’s coming up in 4 months, and it would be difficult to change the plan, for all intensive purposes I would like to check if we should start the I-130 family based process ASAP or should we wait after the travel dates.
2) There is some complexity with the current H1-B for my spouse (one of the reasons to not go for H1-B renewal) and it’s also coming close to the expiry date when we return back after our travel.
3) I read I-131(Advance Payroll) can be applied in conjunction with the I-130/I-485. Wanted to check if it requires some sort of response on I-130 application to process I-131? What I mean to ask, is there are any restrictions for getting an approval for I-131(Advance Payroll) while processing I-130/I-485 from the North East- Vermont.
