I130 and I485 by US LPR

Hi,
I'm in US on H1B and my wife is LPR. She is filing I130 for me. Can I file I485(Adjustment of Status), I131(Travel Document), I765(EAD) Concurrently with I130?

If so what should be my answer for part 2 of the form I 485?

The wait for a visa number is 5 or more years for a petition by a LPR for spouse.

You need to understand the difference of a citizen verses a LPR filing for a spouse. I think you are expecting an immediate benefit when that is not the case.

Thanks for your response. My wife can file for her citizenship in May 09. She is completing 5 years in November 09. Please let me know which of the following would be beneficial.

1. If she files I130 now and update it later when she becomes citizen.
2. If she files I130 when she applies for Citizenship in May 09.
3. If she files I130 after she becomes citizen.

Please let me know the time frame it ll take to get my EAD in these cases. My intention is to get my EAD asap and get rid of my H1.
