i just got married to my long loving girl,i was wondering how long does it take to get green car with all paperwork,procedures that we have to go through?

After filing I-130 form
1)you will get EAD (work authorization card ) if you dont have yet- in about 3-4 months

2) personal interview - 9-12 months

3) after that you will get 2 year conditional GC (will stamp the passport at the same time & u get the conditional GC for 2 years within weeks)

4) fill form I-751 to remove the two-year condition within the 90-day period immediately preceding the end of the two year period.

5) will get 10 yr GC

6) within the 90-day period immediately preceding the end of the Three & half year period you will file the petition for Citizenship (Form N-400)

7) interview for citizenship - within 9-11 months

8) get the citizen approved decision on spot and get the oath letter with in 3 months
9) after oath- get the N certificate (Done)
10 ) U r citizen and apply for Family GC (Form 1-130 same form from step 1)
