My mother is in US, she came here in June2008, I will be getting my citizenship in Oct2008. Can I file for her I-130 and I-485 and Advance parole at the same time? She has her B2 immigration status I-94 until Dec8th. Once filed can she legally stay in US. How long does it take to get Advance Parole.
My dad is in India. Can I file for his I-130 as consular processing. Can he visit US while his I-130 is pending.
