i'm soon to be US citizen.
i know it takes 10+ years to bring sibling to US.

would it be faster to sponsor my mom and have her sponsor my brother (over 21, not married)?

also, my mom doesn't want to move to US until she retires in about 10-15 years, what does she need to do to maintain he GC?

can we do both -- me sponsoring him directly and my mom sponsoring him? would this affect his H1B process?

we from EU country, with no immigration restrictions.

Taking a route through your mother does not really save you any time for your siblings.

If you filed directly, F4 category, they are filing now 22MAY97.

Your siblings would go into F2B category if sponsored through your mother. And they are now processing 15DEC99 right now. Now, if you add the time for sponsoring your mother, she coming here and then filing here, what is the difference in time line?

My advice: Just file your siblings through yourself and wait. Do nothing through your mother for them.
