Hi there,
I wonder if you could give me some advice please, I have been trying for nearly a year now to get a job in the states but with no luck, it seems no one will take on and sponsor me, also any job I that I apply for has to be offered to a American citizen first, so I was thinking about starting my own small business but I am not sure about the laws on this option, I have been told I would have to employ lots of Americans and this would be a problem simply because it would not require many if any at all, I have a house that I am going to sell over here so it would pay for my new home and a small business, I do not want to sponge off of their system , I simply want to be with and live with my girlfriend who is an American, thank you for your time.
