Question for I-864A, part-1(8)

I will sponser my parent's. i want to put my wife as a joint sponser. i will submit I-864A with I 864 with I-485. My qusestion is in I-864 A , Part-1(8) what i have to write (a), (b), or (c)?

If you are US citizen then you are not intending immigrant.
Check ‘C’ and parents.
