Translator required for mother's GC interview

We received an interview letter for my mother's GC application. She cannot understand English and only understands Telugu. The letter said she may bring a translator who is neither a family member nor an interested party. Who should we bring?

if you have friends who speak telugu (and english), your mother can take them. or you can find somebody from some telugu associations in your area. (if this is an AOS process)
