Green Card sponsor for parents and sibling

Hello,

My Green Card was recently approved and i received my card. I would like to sponsor Green Card for my parents and brother. I have a few questions in this matter.
1. What is the process for this?
2. What is the timeframe to apply?
3. What all documents are required?
4. How much cost is involved?
5. What is the average time (number of years) for approval?

you must wait until you become an USC in about 6 years...
