hey all ! I just got my citizenship and am planning to apply for both of my parents, apart from copies of
1)my naturalization certificate,
2)translation of birth certificate and
3)their(parents') marriage certificate and
4)fees along with separate petitions, do i need to ask my parents to send me their passport size pictures so that i can send those along with I-130? i didn't see anything abt the photographs in instructions to fill the I-130 form but someone in this discussion form mentioned them, so just want to make sure that i am sending the complete package.
Another thing, if i don't have u.s passport do i need to wait to apply for my parents until i get one or the copy of certificate showing my naturalization is proof anough to send with it?
am i missing anything else?
