We have received the Mail from USCIS.

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On August 13, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

So what is the Next Process???????????????????????????

& when we r getting US visa?????????????

thanks for your helpful information. Could you please tell if the I-130 was filed as a stand-alone application or it was concurrently filed along with I-485 too, was it filed by a US citizen or a PR?

how to transfer a file from Green card to Citizen

Dear All,

I have alreday put the in USCIS & get approval notice sent at 13 Augest.

But at now my wife is pass US Citizen exam.(30th-oct-2008)

so how to transfer a my file I130 file.

& when we r getting US visa or open the file ???
