Does anybody knows. What is the legal difference between widowed and single and what pupose it serves in the I130 form submission and processing?

Single vs Widowed

Single is never been married and widowed means that you were once married and your spouse is now deceased. On the form I-130 it could be there for the numbers of marriages and divorces. And the decrees to end them. To track your marriages. I hope that helps.
