I 485 Question

I have been married for 7 years. I entered the US on a TN visa, last year obtained LPR through the Jay treaty. My wife is hispanic and entered the US on a TD visa, she's now on a tourist visa, Can i file a I 485 for her?

your wife can not obtain any legal status immediately from your LPR-ship. The only thing you can file is I-130 and wait 5-6 years for a visa number to become available for her... in the meantime she must either wait in her home country or hold her own legal status in the USA...

A visitor visa will expire, so she can not stay here, not with just an I-130 and that is all you can do right now.
